Islands Insurance is the most trusted brand in the Channel Islands insurance sector, according to the latest research by Island Global Research (IGR).
In its Brand Reputation Index report IGR says that Islands was the most trusted brand in the insurance market in both Jersey and Guernsey.
The IGR Brand Reputation Index was developed in response to a growing number of enquiries from local organisations who care about their reputation and want to know if they have created a positive impression with Islanders.
The twice-yearly survey was launched in 2019 and the latest round of data collection took place in May 2022.
Islands has placed consistently highly in the Index, but this is the first year the business has been named ‘Most Trusted Brand’ in the Insurance market in both Islands. IGR assessed nearly 20 selected financial services businesses and asked respondents to rank them across several criteria, including being associated with good quality, caring about the environment, making a positive contribution to the local community and being trustworthy.

The IGR Brand Index is totally independent, and organisations cannot pay to be included.
