Islands Insurance Group (IIH) is delighted to announce the appointment of Shirley Lester, Group HR Director, to its Group Board of Directors, effective immediately. This appointment is testament to her outstanding leadership of the People & Culture team and her significant contributions to the overall strategic development of the Group.
Under Shirley’s leadership, the People & Culture team has evolved to provide comprehensive support across the business, playing a critical role in the foundation and ongoing success of the Group. Her strategic vision has been pivotal in aligning the Group’s initiatives with its core values, fostering an environment of growth and innovation.
